RESUME

La tuberculose des parties molles à localisation musculaire isolée est l’une des formes rares de la tuberculose extra pulmonaire. Nous rapportons dans cet article une observation d’un cas de tuberculose du muscle grand pectoral chez une patiente immunodéprimée. Le diagnostic était essentiellement clinique, l'hémogramme, la vitesse de sédimentation et l'échographie ont été effectués pour le suivi du traitement, qui du reste été favorable sous traitement anti bacillaire seulement.

ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis of the soft tissues with isolated muscular localization is one of the rare forms of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis. We report in this article an observation of a case of tuberculosis of the pectoralis major muscle in an immunocompromised patient. The diagnosis was essentially clinical, the hemogram, the sedimentation rate and the ultrasound were done for the follow-up of the treatment, which was moreover favorable under anti bacillary treatment only.
